Linda Fodrini-Johnson, MA, MFT, CMC
Linda founded Eldercare Services in 1989 and has served as Executive Director since. Eldercare Services is a full service geriatric care management, home care, and family education business. Linda is known as a pioneer in developing programs for individuals with Alzheimer's dementia. Previously, she served for six years as the Director of the Diablo Respite Center (DRC), the first social respite program for persons with dementia in the San Francisco Bay Area. Linda created a day long educational class "The Family Circus" Walking the Tightrope of Elder Care and Aging that has been offered in local churches and community centers. Portions of her class are offered free-of-charge at Eldercare Services. Linda conducts support groups and various other classes for adult children of aging parents and spousal caregivers. She also lectures at workshops and trainings for professional groups, community agencies, and volunteer groups on a variety of subjects related to aging, dementia, and caregiver stress.
William Upson, CLU, ChFC
Bill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Asset Management Group and has been working as a financial advisor and insurance agent since 1986. Bill has been a member of the Top of the Table (top 1% of the insurance industry) for the past fifteen years in a row. Bill has authored 2 books, Long Term Care... Alternatives and Solutions and Pathways to Financial Freedom. He has been a featured speaker at numerous financial planning conferences and insurance industry events, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, local San Francisco newspapers, and in many magazine and online publications over the years. As a chartered life underwriter and chartered financial consultant, Bill's area of expertise is in insurance solutions.
