Caroline M. Tanner, MD, PhD |
Dr. Tanner earned her medical degree at Loyola University (1976) and completed a residency in Neurology and fellowship in Clinical Neuropharmacology and Movement Disorders at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, where she was an Associate Professor of Neurological Sciences until joining the Institute in 1990 as the Director of Clinical Research. She was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Toxicology and Epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1998. Throughout her career, she has been active in clinical research, patient care, teaching and has published extensively. Dr. Tanner serves as advisor to many scientific, governmental and voluntary groups. CV -> |

Sam Goldman |
Dr. Goldman received his medical degree from the University of Texas, Houston (1987), completed his residency at the University of California Medical Center and earned a Masters of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley in 1993. He has worked extensively in preventive medicine and public health as Director of the West Berkeley Health Center, and as a Clinical Instructor of Medicine for the Occupational and Environmental Medicine division at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Goldman is an Associate Professor in the Clinical Research Department at the Institute and has been involved in researching Parkinson’s disease (PD) etiology for more than 15 years; he has published numerous papers on PD and other movement disorders. Grace Bhudhikanok, PhD |
Dr. Bhudhikanok earned her Ph.D. in Epidemiology from Stanford University in 2005 with a dissertation on accuracy of recall for lifetime exposures and on bone density. She has been involved with clinical research for almost twenty years, recently with particular emphasis on data rectification and analysis.
